1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to games, applications, websites, and related services published or operated by Yumehana, including Hue Workshop: Paint Match.

Yumehana respects user privacy. The purpose of this policy is to explain, in understandable language, what information may be handled when you use Yumehana services, why it may be handled, and what choices may be available to you.

Yumehana does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

We take a privacy-first approach and aim to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and support our games, applications, websites, and related services. The exact information processed can depend on the Yumehana service you use, its version, your device and platform, your choices, and which optional features or third-party services are enabled.

This policy distinguishes between information handled directly by Yumehana, information stored or processed by your device or platform, and information processed by independent third-party service providers. It does not mean that every category or service described below is active in every Yumehana service.

2. Information You Provide

Yumehana may directly receive information that you voluntarily choose to provide. The most common example is when you email us for support with one of our games, applications, or websites; report a bug; ask a privacy question; or make a data request. That communication may include:

  • Your email address and display name, if included by your email provider.
  • The text of your message and any information you include in it.
  • Screenshots, device details, save information, or diagnostic material that you choose to attach.
  • Purchase references or other details needed to investigate a support request.
  • Account-related information only if an available feature clearly requires it and you choose to use that feature.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, banking credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through support email. If we need specific information to resolve a request, we will try to ask only for what is reasonably necessary.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Depending on the Yumehana service, its version, and enabled platform or service integrations, limited technical information may be generated or processed automatically by your device, browser, operating system, platform, Yumehana, or another service provider. This may include:

  • Device model and general hardware characteristics.
  • Operating-system, browser, game, application, or website version.
  • Language, region, and general device settings.
  • Network state, timestamps, and performance information.
  • Crash reports, stack traces, diagnostics, and technical logs.
  • Approximate technical, installation, app-instance, browser-session, or platform identifiers where required for an enabled service.
  • Gameplay, session, or service events where analytics are enabled.
  • Advertising identifiers and ad interaction information where advertising services are enabled.
  • IP-derived approximate location where a network service uses an IP address to communicate with the device.
  • Requested pages, referring pages, browser type, and similar web-server information when you use a Yumehana website.

These examples describe possible technical processing; they do not mean that all listed information is always collected or that Yumehana directly receives all of it. Some information may remain on your device or browser, while other information may be processed directly by the relevant platform, hosting provider, or service provider under its own terms.

4. Local Game Data

Our games and applications may store information locally on your device. Local data can include game progress, level results, preferences, settings, unlocked content, cosmetic selections, tutorial state, and similar gameplay information. Local storage allows a game to remember your progress and choices without requiring that every action be sent to Yumehana.

Unless a cloud save or synchronization feature is available and enabled, Yumehana may not receive or keep a separate copy of this local data. Clearing an application's storage, uninstalling it, losing or replacing the device, restoring the device, or certain operating-system changes may remove locally stored progress.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any platform account used for optional backup or synchronization. Local data recovery may not be possible if no synchronized copy exists.

5. Google Play Services

Some Android games and applications published by Yumehana, including supported versions of Hue Workshop: Paint Match, may rely on Google Play and related Google Play services for distribution, installation, licensing, updates, device compatibility, security, billing, and other platform functions. These services are operated by Google, not Yumehana.

When your device communicates with Google services, Google may process account, device, network, app, transaction, diagnostic, and similar technical information according to Google's own terms, privacy policies, settings, and legal obligations. Yumehana does not control Google's independent processing practices or the settings available in your Google account.

Information processed by Google is not necessarily received by Yumehana. Where Yumehana receives limited information from Google, we use it only for relevant application functions, support, security, purchase verification, or other purposes described in this policy.

6. Google Play Games Services

If Google Play Games Services is available and enabled in a Yumehana Android game, it may support features such as player authentication, achievements, player identity within Google Play Games, cloud-related functions, or synchronization.

Related account and profile information is generally authenticated and handled by Google. The relevant game may receive a limited player or platform identifier, display information, achievement state, or gameplay information needed to provide the enabled feature. The specific information depends on Google's service configuration and the features you use.

Yumehana does not receive your Google password. You should protect access to your Google account and review the privacy and security options provided by Google.

7. Cloud Save and Synchronization

Cloud save or account synchronization may be offered in some future or supported versions of our games or applications. If this feature is available and you choose to use it, selected gameplay or service information may be associated with a platform or player account and transferred to supported cloud infrastructure.

Information synchronized for this purpose may include:

  • Game progress and level completion.
  • Settings and preferences.
  • Unlocked content and cosmetic selections.
  • Purchase or entitlement status.
  • A platform or player identifier needed to connect the saved data.

Synchronization may allow progress to be restored or transferred between supported devices. However, cloud save is not a guarantee against every possible loss, delay, corruption, service outage, or synchronization error. Conflicts can occur between local and cloud progress, and the relevant game or application may ask you to select or otherwise resolve which version to keep.

8. Advertising

Depending on the Yumehana game, application, or service and its enabled features, some versions may display advertisements. In mobile games, possible formats include interstitial advertisements shown at appropriate transitions and rewarded advertisements that you choose to view for an in-game benefit.

Where advertising services are enabled, an advertising provider may process technical or advertising-related information needed to request, deliver, limit, secure, and measure advertisements. Depending on the provider, device settings, consent choices, region, and ad configuration, this may include:

  • Device, app-instance, or advertising identifiers.
  • Device type, operating-system or browser version, language, and game or application version.
  • IP address and IP-derived approximate location.
  • Ad requests, impressions, completion state, and interactions.
  • Fraud-prevention, frequency, performance, and diagnostic information.

The exact processing depends on the advertising provider and how the service is configured. Advertising providers may process this information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations. Advertising-related processing by a service provider does not mean that Yumehana sells personal information.

9. Rewarded Advertisements

If rewarded advertisements are available in one of our games, they are voluntary. You may choose whether to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for a described in-game benefit. Declining a rewarded ad should not require you to provide personal information directly to Yumehana.

To provide the reward, the game and advertising provider may process whether an ad was requested, loaded, displayed, completed, closed, or rewarded. This helps deliver the selected feature, confirm that the reward requirements were met, measure performance, and prevent fraud or repeated reward abuse.

The advertising provider may also process the technical and advertising information described in the Advertising section according to its own privacy policy.

10. Interstitial Advertisements

Some versions of our mobile games may display interstitial advertisements between gameplay sessions, levels, menus, or similar natural transitions. If used, the game seeks to place these ads in a way that does not intentionally interrupt active gameplay.

If an applicable Remove Ads purchase is offered and active, interstitial or other non-rewarded advertisements may no longer be shown, depending on the implementation. Voluntary rewarded advertisements may remain available even when non-rewarded ads are removed, because they provide an optional in-game benefit.

11. In-App Purchases

If in-app purchases are offered in a Yumehana Android game or application, they may be processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment transaction under the terms and settings associated with your Google account. Yumehana does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number, bank account credentials, or Google account password.

Yumehana or the relevant game or application may receive limited transaction-related information needed to provide, verify, restore, refund, troubleshoot, or protect a purchase. Depending on Google Play and the purchase implementation, this may include:

  • The purchased product identifier.
  • Purchase status and time.
  • A transaction token, order reference, or similar identifier.
  • Entitlement, acknowledgment, refund, or cancellation status.
  • Country or regional information supplied with the transaction.

Google may retain and process payment and transaction information according to its own policies and legal requirements.

12. Remove Ads Purchase

If offered, a Remove Ads purchase may disable certain non-rewarded advertisements in the relevant game or application. The exact scope will be described in the purchase interface. It may not disable voluntary rewarded advertising, sponsored content outside its stated scope, or technical processing unrelated to advertising.

Purchase verification and restoration may be handled through Google Play. The relevant game or application may store the entitlement locally and, where account or cloud features are enabled, may associate it with a supported platform account so the purchase can be recognized on eligible devices.

13. Analytics

Analytics may be used in some Yumehana games, applications, or websites to understand service stability, general feature usage, performance, gameplay balance, progression issues, and technical problems. Analytics are intended to help Yumehana improve our services rather than identify users unnecessarily.

Where analytics are enabled, technical and event information may be processed, such as game, application, or website version; device or browser category; session events; page, screen, or feature interactions; level events; broad acquisition information; performance measures; timestamps; and an app-instance, browser-session, or similar technical identifier.

The exact events and identifiers depend on the analytics provider and configuration. Yumehana aims to avoid sending message content or other unrelated personal information through analytics events.

14. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

If crash reporting or diagnostics are enabled in a Yumehana game, application, or website, the service or a provider may process information such as stack traces, error codes, software version, device or browser details, operating-system version, memory or performance state, timestamps, technical identifiers, and events occurring near a failure.

This information is used to diagnose crashes, reproduce defects, improve compatibility, monitor stability, and prioritize fixes. A diagnostic report may contain technical context about the relevant Yumehana service at the time of an error, but Yumehana does not intend to use crash reports to identify users unnecessarily.

Please do not intentionally include personal or sensitive information in logs, filenames, screenshots, or support submissions. When sharing a bug report manually, review attachments before sending them.

15. Third-Party Service Providers

Depending on the Yumehana game, application, website, or related service and its enabled features, we may rely on third-party service providers for:

  • Application distribution, installation, updates, and licensing.
  • Website hosting, delivery, and security.
  • Platform services and player authentication.
  • Cloud save and synchronization.
  • Advertising delivery and measurement.
  • Billing, purchase verification, and entitlement management.
  • Analytics, performance monitoring, and gameplay diagnostics.
  • Crash reporting, technical support, and infrastructure.

These service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Some providers process information on Yumehana's behalf, while others independently determine aspects of their processing. Yumehana seeks to use providers appropriate for the relevant function, but we do not control every independent practice of a platform or provider. Third-party processing required to operate a feature does not, by itself, mean that Yumehana sells personal information.

16. Data Sharing

Yumehana does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Yumehana may disclose limited information only when reasonably necessary for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Operating, maintaining, securing, or supporting Yumehana services.
  • Delivering a feature that you request or choose to use.
  • Processing, verifying, restoring, or supporting a purchase.
  • Detecting, preventing, or investigating abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Complying with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests.
  • Protecting the rights, safety, and property of users, Yumehana, or others.
  • Handling a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

When a provider processes information to perform a function for a Yumehana service, the information should be limited to what is reasonably needed for that function. Providers may also have independent obligations or processing practices described in their own policies.

17. Data Retention

Information handled directly by Yumehana is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, the feature involved, the need to resolve requests, security and fraud-prevention needs, legal obligations, and whether the information can be safely deleted or anonymized.

  • Local gameplay data: may remain on your device until you clear application data, uninstall the relevant game, reset the device, or the game removes it.
  • Support correspondence: may be retained as needed to respond, resolve related issues, prevent repeated abuse, and maintain appropriate support or legal records.
  • Purchase information: may be retained as needed to verify entitlements, handle support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal requirements.
  • Cloud or account data: if such features are enabled, retention depends on the feature, account status, deletion request, and legitimate legal or security needs.

Third-party providers, including Google, may apply their own retention periods under their policies and legal obligations.

18. Data Security

Where applicable, Yumehana uses reasonable technical and organizational measures suited to the nature of the information handled. Measures may include limiting information collection, restricting access, relying on secure platform services, maintaining software, and reviewing service configurations.

No method of internet transmission, electronic storage, or software security can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security or that every incident can be prevented.

You can help protect your information by securing your device, keeping your operating system, browser, games, and applications updated, using appropriate device locks, and protecting access to your Google or other platform accounts.

19. Children's Privacy

Yumehana services are not designed to require children to provide personal information directly to Yumehana. Yumehana does not intentionally ask children to send support messages containing personal or sensitive information.

Platform requirements, age-appropriate settings, parental controls, consent mechanisms, and advertising restrictions may apply depending on the user's location, account, device, audience settings, and enabled services.

If Yumehana learns that personal information was collected directly from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it. A parent or guardian who has a concern may contact yumehana.support@gmail.com.

20. User Choices and Rights

Depending on available features, you may be able to:

  • Choose not to use optional account, authentication, or cloud features.
  • Decline a voluntary rewarded advertisement.
  • Manage advertising, permissions, privacy, and account settings through Android, Google, or your device.
  • Reset or delete local application data through device settings.
  • Uninstall a game or application to remove its locally stored data.
  • Manage relevant privacy and storage settings in your browser.
  • Contact Yumehana with a privacy question or request.

Depending on your jurisdiction and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. These rights can vary and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Yumehana can act only on information that we control or can reasonably identify. We may need limited information to verify a request and protect against unauthorized access. For information controlled solely by Google or another provider, you may need to use that provider's settings or contact the provider directly.

21. Deleting Data

How data can be deleted depends on where it is stored and who controls it:

  • Local game data: You can generally remove locally stored game information by clearing the application's storage through device settings or uninstalling the game. This may permanently remove progress that has not been synchronized.
  • Google or platform data: Information associated with Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, or another platform service may need to be managed through your Google account, Google Play profile, device settings, or the provider's privacy tools. Yumehana cannot delete information controlled solely by Google or another provider.
  • Cloud or account data: If account creation or cloud synchronization becomes available in a Yumehana service, the relevant game, application, or associated web resource will provide the deletion options required for that feature. A request may require verification before account-linked data is deleted.
  • Support correspondence and data held directly by Yumehana: Email yumehana.support@gmail.com with a clear description of your deletion or privacy request.

We will review requests concerning data controlled by Yumehana and take reasonable action consistent with applicable law. Certain limited records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction verification, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We will not claim the ability to delete data that we do not control.

22. International Processing

Third-party platforms and service providers may process information in countries or regions different from your own. Privacy laws and protections can vary between jurisdictions. Such processing is subject to the provider's policies, contractual commitments, applicable transfer safeguards, and legal obligations.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Yumehana services or features change, third-party services are added, removed, or reconfigured, our practices change, or legal and platform requirements change.

When the policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. If a change is material, Yumehana may also provide notice through the relevant game, application, store listing, website, or another appropriate channel where required.

You should review this policy periodically, particularly after an update that introduces new online, advertising, account, cloud, analytics, or purchase features to a Yumehana service.
